Step 1: Choose which Heroshot is right for you at our Heroshot Store.
Step 2: Pay for your order by using your credit card or Paypal account.
Step 3: Follow the link you recieve in your order confirmation email and upload your photo. Please make sure to enter your billing name when sending your photo as well as a working email address.
Step 4: Review and approve the proof we email you. After we recieve your approval we will send your Heroshot in the mail.
Note: Installation will be easier with two people.
Step 1: After you have picked a spot on your wall, make sure you measure the area to make sure your Heroshot will fit.
Step 2: Unroll your Heroshot and allow the image to flatten overnight.
Step 3: Clean your wall and allow it to dry before you apply your Heroshot. A warm damp cloth will work. Do not use soap or chemicals.
Step 4: Remove the Heroshot from the backing and start from the top corner. Slowly smooth the Heroshot onto the wall. Use the enclosed squeegee to help smooth out bubbles. If needed, gently remove a portion of the Heroshot and re-position it to the wall for a better application.
If any of the corners of your Heroshot come off the wall, firmly press them back in place with your squeegee.
Heroshots are designed to stick to non-textured, flat walls. Heroshots will stick to glass, metal and non-textured wall paper. They are not recommended to stick to cinder block, brick, untreated concrete or vehicles. Heroshots are for indoor use only.

After purchasing your Heroshot you will be emailed a link to a page that will allow you to send a photo. If you lost your link before you were able to send your photo you can follow this link. Please make sure you provide the highest resolution photo as possible to ensure the best quality product. We recommend you use at least a 5-megapixel digital camera with the setting on the highest quality.
Please allow 4 weeks for delivery. If you need your Heroshot faster than the estimated time frame, or need it by a specific date, you can use our rush option and we can ship your heroshot in 7-10 business days. A $30.00 fee will be added to your price if you choose the rush delivery option. We do not guarantee any production or shipping time unless the customer has purchased the rush option. The guarantee only applies to the shipping costs, and are refundable in the event of a delay.
There are no cash refunds. Please ask us any questions before ordering. If there is a mistake in your order, we will correct it and send a new Heroshot.

Purchases can be made by credit card only and Paypal only. Payment is required before we print your Heroshot. We gladly accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card.
Heroshots are printed on an adhesive vinyl material that can be moved to different positions and will not harm your walls or paint.
Heroshots are mailed in poster tubes by UPS, Fed Ex or the US Postal Service to your door in 4 weeks or less.
Use a camera that can take a high quality, high resolution digital photograph. Most cameras with a 5 megapixel capability will produce a picture quality enough to create your Heroshot Wallgraphic. You may have to adjust your settings to get the highest picture quality. We’ll check the image and tell you if it's at a high enough resolution before printing.
As a general rule of thumb, if you send us the raw photo without any modifications from your hi-resolution camera we can do the rest. If you'd like to crop your image, make sure you do not distort the picture by stretching it. Do not increase the resolution to make the picture bigger as it will still create distortion in the final image.
If your photo was taken by someone else, you need his or her permission to reproduce the image. We cannot reproduce images that have been licensed or are protected by copyright.
We accept .gif, .jpg, .png, .tif, and .pdf image files.
Standard photo repair is included in the price. An additional production fee of $75 per hour applies for major repairs to your image. We will notify you if we feel the image will not work or needs major repairs.
Heroshots are designed to stick to most flat, non-textured surfaces. Make sure your wall is clean and dry before you apply your Heroshot. If it still does not stick, please call our customer service center at 602-622-0930. We cannot guarantee it will stick to semi-gloss paint or a textured wall or wallpaper.
Make sure you keep the liner your Heroshot came on. Re-apply it to the liner until you are ready to re-position it to another wall. Make sure you're careful not to rip your Heroshot. We are not responsible for your Heroshot tearing.
